DELIVERY AND RETURNS

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To make an exchange, you must first make a return and then reorder the desired item(s) on our site.

The first return is free only in Metropolitan France, excluding sale or discounted products.

To make a return, there is only one procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to contact@portokalada.fr indicating the reason for your return, your contact details as well as the order number and the references of the products to be returned.

2. Print the return label that we will send to you by email; affix this label directly to your package.

3. Print the return slip that we will send to you by email. The return slip can also be found in the DELIVERY & RETURN section.

Please note that only one return slip is accepted per order.

4. Place the item(s) in the original envelope or sturdy, suitable packaging accompanied by the completed return form and the purchase invoice or a copy if it is a partial return . Items must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed with the hygiene label. If you return your entire order, please also return the bag.

5. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return it and be reimbursed. After this period, you will no longer be able to be reimbursed.

Outside of this procedure, no returns can be processed by our services.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will carry out a verification, then we will issue a refund to the account used when ordering within 14 working days.
